Stages of

a Solid Construction

THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our team will be in touch after completing our initial inquiry form to gather additional information. Upon verification of the request, one of our project managers or executive director will contact you to discuss the project scope, schedule, and budget.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND PRE CONSTRUCTION

We will meet with you to evaluate the project on site, work on the construction design and learn about the ideal materials to fully fulfill your vision and make it a reality. Our commitment is your satisfaction!

At this point, we will estimate how much the job will cost. In this way, an initial payment is agreed to cover administration and design expenses if required.

CONSTRUCTION

Upon initiation of construction, we will assign a project manager who will oversee the project through completion. Your project manager will provide on-site coordination of our carpentry team and subcontractors. He will also set up weekly calls with you to update and communicate progress. Communication is a top priority for your peace of mind and quality monitoring.

PUNCH LIST

It involves conducting a site tour to evaluate each area of the project once the construction phase is completed. After that, a list of all pending tasks is prepared and we will take care of executing any small adjustments.

WARRANTY

To give you complete peace of mind in the quality of our work, we offer a one-year warranty on all workmanship. Each of our products has its own support.
