GET TO KNOW OUR PROCESS

Once you fill out and submit the initial information-gathering form, our team will reach out to determine the need for additional information, and to establish the way in which our services may fit your needs. Once this is determined, one of our project managers will contact you directly to discuss the scope, schedule and budget FOR the project.

During this pre-construction stage, we will guide you through the construction process and estimate how much the project will cost. At this point, we will ask for a down payment to cover management and design costs, if applicable.

At the outset of the construction stage, we will assign a project manager to supervise the entire project, from start to finish. Your project manager will oversee any onsite coordination, regarding our equipment, carpentry and subcontractors for the project, or any other project matters. The project manager will establish and coordinate weekly calls with you to keep you informed as to the project progress. It is important to emphasize here that communication is our top priority.

Once the Construction Stage is done, our team will go through the entire project site and fully evaluate every project area. A punch list will be developed including all tasks that are still pending and at this point we will take care of any slight adjustments, as applicable.

Once we receive the complete project payment, we will provide you with a one-year labor warranty. As well, every one of the products we used in the project will have its own guarantee, as applicable.
